How is the medication delivered? Will it arrive at my home?

Spanish legislation does not allow the direct shipment of prescription medication outside authorised pharmacies. So once your doctor issues the prescription, you take it to the pharmacy of your choice to collect the prescribed treatment. Many pharmacies also offer their own home-delivery service, so you can receive it at home in a fully legal and traceable way.

What does the results guarantee consist of?

If you follow the medical protocol exactly as your doctor indicates for the agreed period and do not experience significant weight loss, we will refund the cost of the consultations and follow-up. FitRX® is intended for adults with a BMI compatible with pharmacological treatment for obesity, or overweight with comorbidities, according to the clinical guidelines in force in Spain. There are contraindications and precautions (among others: pregnancy and breastfeeding, personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN2, pancreatitis, certain digestive conditions, or specific medications). That is why the medical assessment is mandatory: if you are not a candidate, we will tell you so transparently and the treatment will not be initiated.
